I found another company of Artur Machula's today: Art Plast Ltd. I found more information on the Companies House web site than I had found previously.
Art Plast Ltd (No. 08362185) incorporated 16th Jan 2013 and an MG01 Charge for an "All Asset Debenture" was raised by Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance on 1st March 2013.
By 20th May 2014 the company was registered to close and then it did so 3 months later.

Artur Tomasz Machula
This is a site about Artur Tomasz Machula. This site brings together public available information and links about Artur into one place so anyone about to do business with him can do so in full awareness. Think of this as a bit of journalism.
According to Registry Trust this means:
Artur is a discharged bankrupt, however he is still subject to a Bankruptcy Restriction Order or BRO until 2021.
The restrictions are:
Now Artur can't get credit at a supplier because of the BRO. So he will struggle with his self employed building and landscaping business unless he can get deposits - and in my opinion that is risky for the customer.
Now the SIA is responsible for the compulsory licensing of individuals working in specific sectors of the private security industry. The A quick check in the SIA Register will show no registration for anyone by the name of Machula.
There is a LinkedIn page for Artur too here which states a background in CP before he came to the UK in 2008. However can't have been too successful as he seems to not have many connections and even less recommendations :-)
Who is he?
To be in no doubt of which Artur Tomasz Machula we are talking about, its the following one:- Lives in a rented house on 42 Woodford Green Road, Hall Green, Birmingham and has been there since 2011 and before that he was in 412 Gospel Lane, B27 since 2006 with his wife.
- Occasionally his first name is recorded as Arthur. Deliberate or not, who knows, but this is a technique often used by Fraudsters.
- Drives one of two blue Ford Transit vans (FG** TNU, B** PSZ) and occasionally an Audi A6 (FH** XXO)
- His availability to comment on matters seems to suggest that he does not seem to just work in the Birmingham area but across the UK and, based on dial tones, abroad.
- He claims to be a Plaster, Landscaper and sometime CPO (a what, yes CPO read below)
Artur Machula has had CCJs
Do you know how to search if someone has a CCJ? Well here is the answer: Registry Trust. It only cost £10 to search and could save you thousands. On the May 23 2016 a search on Artur Macula shows an Unsatisfied Judgement.According to Registry Trust this means:
Unsatisfied it indicates the status of the case as at the time the search was made. It does not necessarily indicate that the debt is unpaid either in whole or in part, but if it is fully paid Registry Trust Ltd has not been notified [Source]Probably not best to give someone with a CCJ a large deposit for a job.
Artur Machula is subject to Bankruptcy Restriction Order
Artur is a discharged bankrupt, however he is still subject to a Bankruptcy Restriction Order or BRO until 2021.
If the official receiver feels that someone who is bankrupt has been dishonest, the court can make a bankruptcy restrictions order. [Source]
The restrictions are:
BRO and BRU restrictions include the rules you have to keep to when you are made bankrupt and other extra rules. For example, you must not:Normally a Bankrupt is only subject to these restrictions for a year. Artur's BRO adds six years on so Artur must have been a very, very bad boy whilst he was a bankrupt. You can find details of Artur's BRO here on the Insolvency Register; isn't the internet brilliant. If you ever want to complain to the Insolvency Service about someone who you think has broken their BRO then you can do that here. If someone has broken a BRO then the Insolvency Service warns
- act as a director of a company, or form, manage or promote a company, without permission from the court
- carry on business under a different name without telling people you do business with the name (or trading style) in which you were made bankrupt
- try to borrow more than £500 without saying you are subject to restrictions
- be a trustee of a charity
- work in various posts in education such as being a school governor [Source]
It’s a criminal offence to break the restrictions - you might be prosecuted if you do.[Source]
Now Artur can't get credit at a supplier because of the BRO. So he will struggle with his self employed building and landscaping business unless he can get deposits - and in my opinion that is risky for the customer.
Artur the Ex-Company Director
In the past Artur had a plastering company A M Plastering. At one time Magdalena Jarza, who is Artur's wife was a director. A M Plastering was dissolved 09/2012. This is about a year before the CCJ was registered. I wonder why?Artur the Close Protection Operative
The Close Protection Operative, or CPO, is an interesting one. Artur claims on Facebook to have been trained at the Security College in Coventry and that seems to bear out. His Facebook page also claims that he is SIA registered.
